Deferred Prosecution Agreement

I have received a Deferred Prosecution Agreement (DPA) from the Office of State Attorney, First Judicial Circuit on behalf of the State of Florida.
I have reviewed this DPA and accept it as is. By clicking the below button I am in effect signing this document electronically, and entering into an agreement with the State of Florida for a period of 90 days.
I understand that I must pay all fees within 90 days.
I understand that any further violations of the law may make this agreement void and result in my case being reopened.
