Michael Polnitz, Kaleb Bonner, Antonio Larkins Indicted on First-Degree Murder Charge – Assistant State Attorney, Andrew McGraw

PRESS RELEASE

(Escambia County, Florida) On June 25, 2025, an Escambia County Grand Jury indicted Michael Polnitz, Kaleb Bonner, and Antonio Larkins on the charge of First-Degree Felony Murder.

The indictment stems from the shooting death of Andrew Sanders, which occurred on April 24, 2025.

Michael Polnitz’s next court date is scheduled for July 2, 2025. Kaleb Bonner and Antonio Larkins are both set for September 24, 2025. All of the indicted defendants are incarcerated in Escambia County Jail with no bond.

The investigation is being handled by the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office. Assistant State Attorney Andrew McGraw is prosecuting this case on behalf of Ginger Bowden Madden, State Attorney for the First Judicial Circuit.
