PRESS RELEASE
(Okaloosa County, Florida), on March 26, 2026, Timothy Anderson was found guilty of First Degree Murder Premeditated Murder. The Honorable Judge William Stone presided over the trial and immediately sentenced the defendant to life in the Florida Department of Corrections.
The charges stem from an incident on June 24, 2018, where deputies responded to a downed person at Nautilus Court in Okaloosa Island. Upon arrival, deputies discovered a blue van with the engine still running and a deceased male in the driver’s seat. The deceased male was shot multiple times.
