(Santa Rosa County, Florida), On August 18, 2025, Judge Clifton Drake designated William Mo as a Sexual Predator and sentenced him to 35 years in State Prison followed by lifetime Sex Offender Probation.
On April 25, 2025 Mo was convicted of Lewd or Lascivious Molestation – Victim Less Than 12 Years of Age, for an offense committed in Milton, Florida in November 2021. Mo was in the Army Reserves and stationed in Texas but was visiting the area at the time of the offense. The victim was 6 years old at the time the crime was committed.
The investigation and arrest were conducted by the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office and Assistant State Attorney, Stephanie Pace prosecuted this case on behalf of Ginger Bowden Madden, State Attorney for the First Judicial Circuit of Florida.
