(Santa Rosa County, Florida) Ginger Bowden Madden, State Attorney for the First Judicial Circuit of Florida, announces that on August 28, 2025, Jeramy Harrison was sentenced by Circuit Court Judge Clifton Drake to life in state prison for Sexual Battery on a Victim Less than 12 Years of Age. Furthermore, Judge Drake designated Harrison as a Sexual Predator.
Harrison was convicted of Sexual Battery on a Victim Less than 12 Years of Age after a jury trial held on August 28, 2025. The victim was nine years of age at the time the sexual abuse took place at the hands of the defendant.
Assistant State Attorney Hayden Hudson prosecuted the case on behalf of Ginger Bowden Madden, State Attorney for the First Judicial Circuit of Florida.
