On September 25, 2025, after several days of testimony, Weston Paul Jines was found guilty by an Okaloosa County jury of twenty counts of possessing photos and motion pictures which include sexual conduct by a child and one count of unlawful use of a 2-way communications device.
Law enforcement received a NCMEC (National Center for Missing and Exploited Children) tip that led to their issuing search warrants to uncover the identity of the person behind the account. Their investigation led them to the Defendant. The images and videos he possessed included sexual bestiality involving a child and children as young as 2-4 years of age.
Sentencing is set for October 23, 2025, before the Honorable William Stone. The Defendant faces up to 305 years in prison.
The case was investigated by the ICAC (Internet Crimes Against Children) division of the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office.
